Ruggles Green to Open in Early 2015 in The Woodlands, Texas
The Woodlands is Getting Greener
Houston, TX – October 2014. Green CafÃ© Management and GJR Partners are pleased to announce plans to open the fifth Ruggles Green restaurant in January 2015 in The Woodlands, Texas at the Research Forest Lakeside development.Â This Ruggles Green location is slated to be the first Certified Green RestaurantÂ® in The Woodlands in 2015.
Ruggles Green will be located at 2501 Research Forest Drive.Â Construction of this fifth Ruggles Green location began in July 2014 and will complete in December 2014. The focus is to create a unique identity in The Woodlands that is warm and inviting, and meets Ruggles Green standards for Green Certification. In addition, emphasis will be placed on delivering high quality local, organic, and gluten-free food as well as excellent service, which Ruggles Green customers have grown to expect.
Ruggles Green will be part of a 10 building, 77-acre campus on the west side of Lake Woodlands, between Lake Woodlands Drive and Research Forest Drive. Research Forest Lakeside development has been in development since March 2010.Â This is the first mixed-use development on Lake Woodlands, located at the upper east end of the lake.Â JD Warmack Woodlands LP is the developer of this project.Â â€œWe are currently working on our retail phase and are excited to have Ruggles Green as one of our restaurant partners,â€ said James Warmack, President and CEO of Warmack Investments.Â â€œWe are pursuing LEED certification on all of our office buildings and look forward to working with Ruggles Green as they pursue their Certified Green RestaurantÂ® status as well.â€
